A Little Bit of
Everything!

Life Skills is a hands-on, real-world course that teaches students how to work confidently with tools, materials, and everyday systems. Students rotate through essential building and home skills—framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, home maintenance, and fabrication—while learning shop safety and smart tool use from day one. We also cover practical automotive fundamentals so students can handle routine maintenance and common issues with confidence. To round it out, students build life-ready decision-making through macroeconomics, goal-setting, career planning (age-appropriate) and personal finance—so they understand not just how things work, but how money and choices work too.
